Our Services

Anchored Therapeautic Services offers a range of support tools to align with your needs:

For those who cannot or are uncomfortable visiting our office in-person, telehealth is currently being offered for the safety of our clients and our staff. The benefit to telehealth is if you are able to sign on from anywhere in Florida,  we can still help! Your sessions will be held on a confidential platform, where you can see your therapist from the comfort of your home/office, or wherever you feel comfortable. We have many clients who prefer this modality, as they can sign on during their lunch break, while children are napping, or between classes. For those who don’t live near our office, this is a convenient option.

Pet Grief and Loss Support Group

Beginning Thursdays, September 12 for 5 weeks

Losing a pet is a special kind of grief. It can be a deeply emotional and challenging experience, often accompanied by feelings of grief, sadness and sometimes isolation. For many, the bond with a pet is profound and the loss can be overwhelming. This group will provide a safe and empathetic space for you to process this grief, share your stories, and receive support from others who understand the depth of your loss. Through guided discussions, therapeutic activities, and mutual support, you will be encouraged to explore your feelings, develop coping strategies and ultimately find healing.

For more information, fill out our contact form online. Space is limited to 10 participants, to ensure all of the time they need to process. Cost is $150 to include the fee for all 5 groups.

We offer lunch & learns, or evening training on stress management, managing grief/loss, self-care/mental wellness, positive communication and more! These can be either in person or via zoom.

Pet Therapy

Animal-assisted therapy is an alternative or complementary type of therapy that includes the use of animals in a treatment.

Interacting with animals, has been shown to decrease levels of cortisol (the stress hormone) and lower blood-pressure. We use pet therapy to improve social skills, and decrease anxiety during sessions. We will be offering the option for Lenny, our therapy dog in-training, to join your session as soon as we are back in the office!
